PRIVACY POLICY
Lost Cause collects only the information needed to operate the store and fulfill a purchase. Your browser stores your bag and cookie choice on your device. During checkout, Stripe collects and processes the contact, delivery, and payment information required to complete your order. Lost Cause does not receive or store your full card number.
Order information is used to process payment, confirm the pre-order, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal or accounting requirements. It is not sold. Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the store, including Stripe for payment processing and Lovable for site hosting. Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces and may receive basic connection information such as an IP address when fonts load.
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or delete personal information where the law allows, contact Lost Cause through the official Instagram or TikTok accounts listed on the Contact page.
REFUND POLICY
This item is made through a pre-order production process. If you need to request a cancellation, contact Lost Cause through the official social accounts as soon as possible. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production or payment processing has begun.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact Lost Cause promptly with the order confirmation and clear photos. Available remedies will follow applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SHIPPING POLICY
All items are pre-orders and ship after production. Estimated shipping is about one week after production. This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping costs $5 per order and is shown before payment. Any applicable tax is shown in secure checkout before the order is placed. Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing an order, you agree that the Lost Cause Zip-Up is a pre-order, that production happens before shipping, and that the prices, $5 shipping charge, and any applicable tax shown at checkout form the order total.
You must provide accurate order and delivery information and be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The site and its original product photography, campaign media, graphics, and written content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Lost Cause may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfill the pre-order. If Lost Cause cancels a paid order, the payment will be refunded through the original payment method. These terms do not exclude rights provided by applicable law.
